Assign Color option added to System/Drawing options.

Any material that can be profiled can now be set up as a Dentil Molding.
Finishing Options
All finish options that can set a profile have been increased to 100 entries:
- Banding
- Base Board
- Bulkhead
- Chair Railing
- Crown Molding
Labels
Interior Labels can be moved.
