I updated to the current version and the watermark is still dark.
Check the version under Help > About SoftPlan. It needs to be version 14.4.0 or newer. If
updated successfully, a single watermark should appear centered in the bottom portion of the print. If after
updating to the current version, the watermark is still dark, check the following:
- Ensure that the current graphics printer driver has been installed. Check the printer
manufacturer’s website for current drivers to download. A PCL-6 driver may be required to print with the desired
- Set the print quality to high.
- Color printers may need to print using colors rather than the black & white setting.
