Question:
I have a parallel port key for SoftPlan and my computer does
not have a parallel port. |
Answer:
Although some new computers may be configured without parallel
ports, there should be a USB port available. Version 11 through
Version 13 utilize USB port keys. You may return your parallel
port key and exchange it for a USB style key. To find out
more about our return policy or to exchange a key, call the
Head Office at 1-800-248-0164. |
