Technical support requests must include your key number and version
Tips for using technical support:
- SoftPlan+ subscribers, please use the support ticket system, from within a SoftPlan drawing, select
Help > SoftPlan+ support ticket.
- Check the FAQ section to resolve the issue.
- For roof related questions, email the drawing along with a description of the problem to email@example.com.
- Please include only one question per email.
- Questions addressed to specific technicians may go unanswered if that technician is unavailable.
Policy for retired SoftPlan versions:
To provide SoftPlan customers with the best possible support services, it has become necessary to retire older
versions of SoftPlan.
SoftPlan no longer provides support for SoftPlan Version 13 and earlier versions. SoftPlan Version 14 users can
only receive technical support by fax and email.
