looking for softplan users in Boston Ma. area

I am working on a floorplan with 10' clg ht on first floor and 9' on second floor. The original plan has an open great room to second floor and I am now adding a second bedroom directly over it. What I want to do is make the great room clg height 12'. This will raise the bedroom floor above and i'll add steps and a landing to get into the bedroom. The bedroom will have an 8' tray sloped to 9'. How do i make this happen in softplan? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
