I can't find this double casement window in the window openings library anywhere.  Any suggestions on where to locate it?

You can try searching 3Dwarehouse and other modeling sites but you may have to make your own.

If you decide to make your own window, here's a tutorial from Bill W @ SoftPlan Tuts

Once you get the hang of custom openings, it's quicker to build your own opening than hunt for a ready built one - you also get exactly what you want not something adapted from what someone else wanted.

From the look of it, 2016 might be able to do that in seconds ....

The only way is to create an elevation opening with arcs and lines then create an opening from that.  Would be a huge improvement to use an ARC TOP opening/sections 2/craftsman grilles...DONE!

As Keith mentioned it looks like version 2016 will do what you want. Here's a link to the feature:

The question will be if it works for windows with more than one section and whether it will bend the grille as well.

Good point Chris. We'll know soon enough. Any 2016 users care to comment?

Chris is correct.  I left a suggestion with tech support...about the more then one section.  It gets too time intensive to manually add each one...god help you if the client decides to change the grilles from craftsman to standard.  The grille is part of the elevation opening so you'll have to create an entirely new window....same goes for window size...a new opening elevation must be generated.

Highly doubt on V2016, it would have been a killer feature they would have talked about.

Thanks for the responses!

A few years ago I wrote a series of posts and graphic illustrations on how to do the openings.

The actual time and complexity it takes to create custom openings could be significantly reduced.
