In 3D my 1st floor looks like it is below grade and the 2nd floor is above the grade line in 3D view. I have both plans inserted in the "Model" file in the navigation bar. I can't seem to figure out how to get both floors to show up in the same view without moving the camera above and below the horizontal elevation. I would appreciate and help. Thanks.

It is hard to determine what caused this without looking at your plan.

The only thing that would cause a floor to be below grade would be for the walls to be positioned with a down offset or the horizon line or site plan up.

Is the site plan attached to the second floor?

Newbie,

You can also select mode option when in 3D

and open up  setup options.   you can create the horizon, or land there and move it up and down as needed.

Check your second floor framing plan. It may have a sill plate. It should not.

Sam that one gets by me most often when I jump in due to busyness.  A super reminder of the "little things".
