When I try to use the "Change Symbol" command, I often get stuck in a category. For example, I'll use the Change Symbol command, select a symbol to replace and the only choices I get to select from are electrical symbols. Wondering if anybody else had or has this problem.

Say that you use a generic toilet fixture, if the Customer wants a specific fixture, then you can change all instances of the generic fixture to the specified one without doing each one individually. Having said that, it's a feature I've NEVER used.
I can see it being useful for light fixtures though, if you use certain lights.

Your lucky Keith, I use it a lot. Whether it is doing lot specific plans from a model where customers adds ceiling fan instead of standard ceiling light, or changing column style on the porch for a new elevation. A lot better than deleting and re-selecting.

speaking of a "porch"
a blond rang the front door bell
and said she was a painter.
the owner asked how much to paint my porch.
$300 replied the blond
that's a fair price said the owner.
after she finished, the owner paid her.
she said "by the way" your car is an Audi.
