Hi everyone,

 

I haven't used SoftPlan in 4 years, so I'm starting fresh with this 2016 version.

I was just wondering if there is a way I can create a window well?

You can draw a window well using the window well symbol.  But if you are using auto horizon for your ground...it won't cut through it....one thing that would be nice to have added as a feature

you can use a / solid - 3d polygon or a site polygon

can use the window well "symbol"

or

a concrete wall with or with or without stucco or any siding material

 

add symbols / fencing, etc for scale and interest

 

curved corners on the concrete walls that make the window well are done

in

/ tools / curved fillet

(left click near end of each wall that forms the corner and put in the diameter when asked)

Thanks Randy ! I'll give that a try once I figure out how to make my own site plan !

​As of now, I just put window wells in high enough that you can't see the grass in between.
