I know there is probably something simple I am missing here, but how do I angle the top corners of a garage door opening as shown in the attached?

Look in the garage doors under ANGLE TOP. If you need your own, explode the Elevation Opening off one of them to modify for your own or if from scratch, you need an Elevation Opening with Angle for the top shape.
