I have been asked to design a boat house with a one bedroom apartment on top. I have never done anything like this before and I was wondering if anyone has any sugestions about where I can get some typical details as to how the boat house sits in fresh water and and how it would be constructed.

They are very common on several lakes here in Georgia.
