Just in case this can help someone. I had a problem since last week that when selecting "Move to New Window", the screen would disappear. It would show on the lower toolbar and if it was a 3D, the 3D View Control (the wheel) would appear on the screen but not the child window. After updating all drivers, multiple reboots, even shutdown & restart and trying suggestions from Softplan, I noticed a line on the edge of one of the screens. I was able to click on it and drag it on the screen. It was the child window that was totally off the screen.
