I'm using version 14.4.4 on Windows 10. When I click on the HELP tab I get the drop down menu, but other than "About Softplan," I get nothing-no action. Also, I have the HELP icon in my menu and when clicked on nothing happens.

did you perhaps move or delete items in your Softlist 14 folder?

Hi Tom,
I have been a member of Softplan since Version 6, but when the market went south in 2008-2009 I took down my shingle. Now I'm slowly starting up again.
To my problem: I may have or may not - how would I tell if I deleted some file? I have deleted some projects, but no files that I know of.
Do you think I could run a repair with the original disk?

You are talking about the software files not data files giving you the trouble, I presume. When I have had trouble in the past I install "softplan" under a new directory (name, like SoftPlan 2016A). Then you can copy over your project files. Then use the new install. If you can do a repair, I have never tried it.
