I am located in Moses Lake, WA but would be willing to work with you if you are still interested. I have been using Soft Plan since 2012 and have over 20 years in the construction field from residential to commercial. In fact I am vested in LADDS Local 1144 in Seattle WA. Lived 6 years in NE Tacoma, Browns Point area.

I have been using Softplan since 1999 and have been designing homes and additions since 1975
Additionally I have been a builder since 1979, making me more in-tune with design needs and requirements.
