I have a wall stacked on top of another wall but I can not get the lollipops to attache correctly when forming the roof.

Any ideas on how this can be done or how some of you do it?

My guess is the lollipop is referencing the lower wall.

Could you try extending the upper wall out a few feet...adjusting reference point to the extended wall....uncheck the cleanup box for that roof...extend your wall back to correct placement.

or you could extend the lower wall out of the way so your reference point lollipop will find the upper wall.

Is the multiple floor icon selected?

It looks like all roof edges might being referencing the first floor walls.

That is assuming that the left wall on the entry is a taller wall and not stacked also.

I've sometimes succeeded by putting a small beam in there and offsetting till I get the right look

Probably should have added that I will be generating a material list on this house so it gets a bit more complicated.  The foyer tower is all done on the first floor (it is a ranch house) so there is no multiple floor situation Steve.  I will try the adjusting the wall, snap it, uncheck cleanup and move everything back.  I wasn't thinking that.  I kept fighting it where the walls were at.
