Are you thinking something simple like this...or more complex?

I think that Ron means an actual boxed bay with windows on the side. I can make a 90 degree bay without a problem, but I can't find any way to make the front window two sections. So it's probably the same issue Ron is having. If anyone can fix it, I too would be interested in the solution.

You can cheat and add a single vertical grille bar to a plain window, but that won't work if the window itself has to have grilles

If this is what you had in mind, ..

For this I created a thin exterior wall with siding, .. 2” stud depth, .. just to keep the window jamb thin

The Main Exterior wall has a blank arch, sized and positioned (v and h) as I needed

Casement windows inserted into my thin exterior walls (the box bay projection) and sized to suit.

Cube solid placed below projection and positioned to suit

I tested various exterior and interior trims on the units until I got want I wanted, ..

THIS IS GOOD BUT I DONT WANT SIDE WINDOWS I TRY THAT WITH A BOW AND CHANGE IT TO A 90 % BUT HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE SIDE ONES

I TALK TO RANDY AND WE TALK ABOUT BUILDING WALLS BUT I WOULD JUST LIKE A BOX THAT ANDERSEN HAS THEM PROJECTION IS 22" 90-C25-15

I WOULD HAVE TO CHECK IF THAT MEET EGRESS FOR BEDROOMS
