Header Position on Opening Schedule

I just tried out the header position on the opening schedule. I was very excited to see this included. One disappointment i found was in our area we always put the plate under the header. I wish it could included the 1 1/2" for the extra plate under. I can work around this but it will complicate the framing contractor.

Verify if the "Add plate under header" is checked in your system options. That should solve it.

The "add plate under header is checked in the system options and in the drawing options. Still dimensions to the bottom of my (2) 2x10 header.

Sorry Martin. I taught the height of the lintel wasn't at the right height. Didn't realize that you wanted the height shown to be to the underside of the plate. I guess that it can be covered by a note but I know that some trades can be very picky.
