It would be a lot of work but you could create them in SketchUp using its 3D text tool. Save the label as a 3d symbol and add it to the floor plan.
Like I said, it would be a lot of work to generate all the needed labels that way.

I just got PhotoShop to play with. I believe I can do it in that once I save them all

Thanks Phil. I was starting to do all my renderings (indoor and outdoor) in 2018 but had issues with having the file come in correctly. That is exactly what I was looking for.
