hi bridget,
i use "go-to-meeting" for my remote connection / computer to computer.
background:
started on softplan v10 (1998) to present v2018
have 3 of the most currant versions on my computer.
started drawing on the BOARD - 1998 in school
have a 5 year accredited architectural degree from a california college.

Nice to see you looking for help with your projects. I believe I would be a good fit for you and could help you out.
I have been using Softplan for 24 years and I am a plus subscriber. I don't have an updated resume because I have been on my own for the last
14 years. But I can give you a breakdown of my experience.
Out of college I went to work for a floor and roof truss manufacturer.
That gave me good structure experience. After a year and a half of doing that I found a job at a lumber yard / construction company doing take off and then designing all the homes that the construction side built. I managed the inventory and designed the homes for 10 years. I even worked on site when they needed the help. I then decided to go on my own in
2004 and have been designing and working with contractors ever since.
I have worked with a lot of local builders, realtors and home owners over the past 24 years of being in the trade.

I am also a Certified Professional Building Designer and take my profession very seriously. My plans are the best in the area and that's what I strive for.

I have plenty of references that I could give you but I think it would be best for us to talk first before I start giving out names of my builders and clients.
I have 1 employee that I employ and plan on adding another. So, you wouldn't get lost in my other projects. I would treat you just like my other valuable clients and get your projects done in a timely manner.
