Is there a way to use 'cleanup item' as a single command?

For instance hit a shortcut then cleanup up single items? Without having to cleanup the whole drawing (and worry about what's set to cleanup or not.)

Example is a few errant extension lines.

I know you can right click and hit it - but this would seem more efficient.

Would really be great to have 'attach' and 'group' available as shortcuts as well.

If you use right click on an item and select ADD TYPE SELECTION or ADD GROUP SELECTION and then right click CLEANUP items, you can cleanup multiple items in one step. I use it nearly all the time to clean up extensions when I've been moving dimensions.

How difficult is it to click the ATTACH or GROUP buttons on the toolbar ... how much shorter does it need to be?

Well obviously I believe it could be 'shorter' or more efficient for my workflow- that's why I posted this.

With that logic, I take it you don't use a single shortcut?

My point for bringing it up is there are custom shortcuts available for hundreds of items- just not those and a few others- just didn't understand why.

Apologies, I was rude!

Attach and group are subtly different commands from most since they are continually off or on regardless of what else is going on. Although it should be possible to add a toggle command for them as a shortcut.

And yes, I use many many shortcuts, just never seen the need to have a shortcut for attach as I seem to set it and forget it most of the time. That's the reason why I don't use the ribbon bar ... too many clicks to get where you need to be, and it takes up too much space on the screen ... in any programs not just Softplan.

There is a way to save clicks of the mouse if you started to move an item and forgot to enable or disable attach or group. With the move command already active just move your cursor up to the toolbar, when it reaches the toolbar it will release from the drawing space and you are free to select an icon in the toolbar. You can toggle the attach or group commands and when the cursor is moved back into the drawing space it continues with the move command you had originally started with.

Thanks Keith. Yes, that's how I use it now.
