So how does everyone else do this?

When you are working on a project and you are creating Plan Sets you insert the title block.  Most title blocks are kept in the title block folder at C://Softplan/Title Block

However if I share a project with someone over the cloud and they try to open my project they get the error message that they can not find the title block.  This is because the paths don't match up correctly.  I know that I can copy the title block to the project folder so that it is in the same place as all the drawings and for individual or custom projects I guess this could work fine.  However for my Portfolio work I would like to keep just one copy especially if I ever need to change the title block some (copyright year, etc.) I do not have to back to all my individual projects.

I always copy to the project folder.  It is the only way that you can keep accurate revision dates as these are unique to each project.
