I have a major back log of new construction homes and some multi-family.  If anyone is interested please e-mail me sq. ft. rates or e-mail me at scott@dsndesign.net with any questions.  I need someone using Softplan 2014 so my customer can convert them into their marketing sets and make small revisions.  The large bulk of the plans need to just be recreated from older PDF's not originally drawn in Softplan.

I'd be interested in swapping plans just to see how your municipality treats things differently. Perhaps we could learn from each other's drawings!
