Our area is really cracking down on the Energy Code and the REScheck parameters.  We are under the IECC 2015 Energy Code.  I know they have an exemption allowed of 15 sq ft of glazing per Dwelling and 24 sq ft of opaque Door from the U-Factor and SHGC requirements.  I thought the code had "default" values when a window or door is not energy rated.  I thought I saw them once (and they were much higher than the weighted average values allowed), but I can not find them again.  I am dreaming?  Can anyone point me to the values?  Builder has a large front door that is not energy rated.

Thanks in advance.
