Can anyone point me in the direction of how to setup an external price table via excel?  I started reading about creating ODBC databases, but it isn't making any sense.  Just hoping someone has run into this before and found an easier solution?

My Point of Sale program can easily export skus, descriptions, and pricing.  But I cannot figure out how to get Softlist to read it.

Thanks,

Derrik

What are you using for POS software? It might be easier to connect SoftList directly to your POS rather than to a spreadsheet exported by your POS (one less step).

We use Epicor Biztrack. My IT guy set up the POS as the ODBC for SoftList. Not sure how that is done, but if you have a support contract with Epicor, they should be able to help you with that. Once that's set up (the ODBC) it's just a matter of linking the ODBC to the SoftList. It's documented reasonably well in the SoftList help .
