Good Morning,

 

I often work on projects with another firm, also on Softplan.  We both should make the switch to 2018 at the same time, correct?  Is it in full release, or is it still pre-release?

It's in full release (at least for Softplan+ users) and yes you must both be on the same version because it's not backward compatible.
