Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, drawings that were just fine in 2016, and just fine in the first 2018 release, go haywire in the latest update.

I've made it a point to best leave things alone and let the rest of you guys fight with older drawings in the new version. Takes me to long to get things back to norm.

I have 2 new drawings in 18 and it seems to be working fine.

Seems fairly stable. I did open a plan a bit earlier that I was trying to open the multi-drawing and it would spin for 3 to 4 minutes than close. Tried it twice. Then open just the floor plan and it was ok. Even opening the multi after was ok.

I was working on a roof yesterday and it crashed on me 5 or 6 times before I gave up on it. It was a simple porch roof too. Other than yesterday I have had no crashes.

Other than the roof issues I have had very good luck with old & new drawings.

Delete the project file and then open just the floor plan.  It will generate a new project file and that may make it more stable instead of one imported from 2016

Yes...thankfully it generates a report and is sent to SP.  Hopefully they review them to see why the crash happened.

I have felt that way about almost every update until it gets a few patches into the new update and then each one seems more stable then before.  I don't have 18 yet, but thought for that reason I would sit on the sidelines a bit.
