I created my new project on the laptop and am finally back in the office where I use the desktop and I want to download that new project from the cloud onto the desktop. I do not see anywhere I can do that and I googled the end of the world and there is nothing there that states how it is done. Unfortunately support is now closed and I'd rather work on it tonight.  I use the same softplan account and move the USB stick between laptop and desktop.

 

Should I just copy the files from the laptop to the desktop? How do I make sure I get them all? Copy the whole folder? Anything else?

 

It would be odd if there is no way to see the contents of the cloud with a file open command...

If you created the project it is very possible that you did not check "download to Softplan cloud"  I do not believe it is set as the default.  I have had it happen to me in the past

Ha, I feel dumb and dumber now. Here's is what I did. I created a project and then copied the project under a different name thinking it would also be automatically saved on the cloud. All I needed to do is go back to the laptop, open that newly named project up and let is save to the cloud, and there it is on the desktop. Sweet!

Got to like when it is an easy fix though.  Glad you got it to work
