Just got a new ASUS ROG with an laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 video card.

Everything runs super fast- 2018 3d works great, but it seems that 2016 isn't using it. The anti -aliasing is grayed out and and the 3d view looks horrible.

I tried messing with the NVIDIA control panel settings, but so far no luck. Anyone have experience with this? I'm also contacting support. Thanks,

I wouldn't hesitate to get the ASUS ROG laptop- this is my second (G752- i7-6820HK- 2.70 GHz- 64 GB RAM- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB)- and they've been fantastic.

I'm pretty sure this is some kind of install issue with 2016- like I said it works great with 2018.

About $2400 from Amazon. Originally listed as $3000. 3d is great- lighting fast with opening programs and files too- also running a 27" 2560×1440 monitor.
I wanted to get something that would perform great for at least 5 yrs.

I unistalled both 2018 and 2016 and reinstalled 2016-everything's working great now. Still have to reinstall 2018- I think I messed something up the first time I installed it.
