So up through 2016 I had used the 1/8" snap setting in the cursor options. So whenever I moved my mouse around or moved the cursor with the arrow keys on the keyboard it would always be 1/8". I do not know what is going on with my 2018 but I have noticed that this same option is now gone to the 1/16 or even 1/32 dimension which I find to be very difficult for my drawings because I am quite particular about them being accurate.

So I switched to the 1" setting which works as expected but I find drawing with it to be very jagged especially if doing any type of detail or elevation work with lines that are close.

Also all my old drawings don't match up nicely with the 1" setting or sometimes they do on one axis and I am using reference points to copy and paste them into new files just so they match back up onto my new grid which gets repetitive.

So because of this I would really like to go back to the 1/8" setting but has anyone else experienced this problem or is it just me.

I struggle with the 1/16 & 1/32 issue also. If I send a plan out with dimensions of 1/16 & 1/32 I will be cussed all day long by the framer. 1/8" snap is as accurate as you need in my humble 40 year design experience career opinion. We are not designing precision racing engines. Heck, a carpenters pencil lead is an 1/8" so how can he even mark a 1/16th.

Going back to 1" snaps, leaving me with the smallest fractions of 1/2" showing on most plans. That appears to be the norm.

Would be OK with tighter snaps, but I don't want to manually round up all my measurements... as they don't adjust if you move something.
