I have two projects to finish with ver. 2014 before I download ver. 2018 - on a deadline.  I have subscribed to ver. 2018+, but have done nothing towards downloading, so I doubt this has anything to do with my problem, which is:

Worked on the projects last night and shut down as usual (I think - it was very late).  When I started up today, the program is unresponsive to entering changes in most areas.  For example, I cannot change a dimension, can't change from a 2x6 rafter to a 2x8 or edit a wall height.  I tried rebooting (twice), no help.  I called tech support at 7:00pm, of course they close at 5:00.

If this isn't enough information, let me know.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Paul

Yep, I've been there too ... and it's surprisingly difficult to make that realization.
