There used to be a soft Plan Marketplace - a place where users could advertise for freelance help.  Is there still such a place?

I see them a lot in General Discussion and sometimes I the Forum of the Softplan version your using.

 

I do a lot of freelance work. two months ago I did a couple of 3000sf complete residential per Builders request in Georgia. 

I've been using Softplan since ver. 10 -1999 to present. Most of my projects come from out of state and country. My experience starts in 1985 to 2008 as a Framing contractor, 2004 to 2010 General Contractor, all the while learning and using Softplan. Since  the year 2012  all I do is Drafting and Design. I know or have access to all codes US and Canada.  I practice standard architectural methods. Structurally conscientious  when designing. I know the ins and outs of construction with "hammer in hand" owned a successful residential  construction company swinging a hammer from 1985 to 2010 building custom homes, track, multi-family, remodeling, renovations and some light commercial?

I use Dropbox, emails and phone for communication. I send you a link or vise-versa or email. Send me a project with spec,s, notes, pics, everything applicable to the project. Include a completed Softplan file of a project  in your format (Preferred SoftPlan version. I use ver. 14.4.4, 2012, 2014 plus,2016 plus and 2018 plus).
This will act as a template,  show me your style, methods, expectations, notes, call-outs, sheet arrangement, your preferred wall definitions , font sizes etc. be sure to attach a title block .spd file. Then briefing me on the projects specifics.
Let me know the cost you want me to do it for, time line and anything else you can think of to assist me to complete the job. I also use Sketchup 2016 which I use to make, if needed, specific symbols, etc.
