This started with 2016 if I remember correctly but when I edit a paint (ex. ceramic flooring in a bathroom), the paint doesn't cleanup properly (covers items) even if selecting regenerate. I have to do a cleanup again for it to adjust has it should.

I've had big problems working on a plan done in a previous version. In some areas (ceramic hatch), when I tried to cleanup, Softplan would freeze. In another area, I would redraw the paint but it wouldn't appear. I draw my electrical on the "Drawing" layer as well as the floor finish. Never had a problem before. It seems that the electrical with the electrical connections is preventing Softplan from defining the area to recive the paint. If I turn of the electrical symbols and connections, then the paints work and I can them turn the electrical back on but I don't find it as clean sa it goes thru the electrical.
Anybody else dealing with similar problems?

Bumping this topic again.
I started a new project from scratch in 2018. The paint definitely has a bug, especially when trying to regenerate. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it acts like it receives the command, but results in nothing being changed. I have to delete the paint and start over.
On line elevations, it sometimes does not want to 'snap' to a symbol in certain locations. IE: 4" horizontal siding snapping to a window symbol, it leaves an inch or so making it look unfinished.
