I'm currently working on a capecod with attic trusses..I'm trying to show my stairs comeing through the trusses. I obviously can't cut a hole through the trusses like you can a floor system. How do I show my stairs correctly in 3d without showing the truss bottom tread? If I use 2 sets of trusses (one on each side of the stairs) how do I fill in the rest of the roof frameing?    Thanks

Do it as you would build it.  Explode your truss set and space and double trusses accordingly for your stair opening.  Fill the roof with rafters as needed.  Go to floor system, make your trusses visible and fill in with floor joists.

I came across this searching for advice for "auto-trussing". Seems strange you can auto stick frame but not auto truss. Frustrating. Oh well, I'll just get over it.
