Anyone interested in a potential project for Polk County - Florida? I received email for new home approx. 1,600 SF but I am not familiar with bldg. requirements and have too much work now. I advised prospect that I would seek out resources for someone familiar with plan requirements. It will be up to you to determine if this is a viable client.
