On version 13 is there a way to enlarge the curser or change the look to a pointer?

I believe you can enlarge it ...
CTRL ` will toggle between small and large cursor
SHIFT ` (~) will change angle.
OR maybe you can go to OPTIONS - CURSOR OPTIONS ... not sure when that was introduced now.
Try the various commands above and see what they do.
There is NO option to change to a pointer.
