Hi...

I am a home builder looking for an experienced residential SoftPlan draftsperson or company to modify/revise my existing plans and the drafting of new designs.

Your location is not an issue...being able to turn projects around in a timely manor with quality work is. I am assembling a design collection of 10 model home designs.

To date, 5 homes are completed on SoftPlan, however they need revisions to bring them up to my new specs. As each plan is sold to Buyers, they will need to be revised.

Designs are completed for the remaining 5 homes which will need to be drawn from scratch. I am looking to establish an ongoing business relationship and my need is IMMEDIATE.

Please contact me at info@masonjoinerhomes.com

I have to convince my Boss within the next month on the best BIM software for residential drafting moving forward. Although I think Softplan is the easiest to learn and produce working drawings why are the majority of forums online tend to still lean towards Revit Architecture.

Because Revit is produced by AutoDesk, and most people seem to think that AutoCad and it's "spinoffs" are the industry standard.
