i sent one in yesterday, but if they open it on their end the issue is already gone.  Likely just need to play around with it to try and make it happen, I haven't found any particular reason it happens just yet.

Using a combination of closing and reopening the project, and regenerate and cleanup (although not necessarily all three) normally fixes things, but we shouldn't have to go such to EXTREME lengths to fix these issues.

Looks like this may have been the problem?  Noted in today's new update:

 

Gross Floor Area – Shelving

Changes have been made to ensure that shelf polygons are never included in Area calculations.
