Accepting resumes for sub contract drafting.
Must have experience in construction and estimating. 10 years preferred.
Builder provides all required preliminary designs and site information.
Must be able to work with Drop box, One Drive and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Must be able to confirm you are detailed, disciplined in details and able to hit deadlines.
This person must be flexible and good natured. Speak fluent English.
Resume to include fee schedule and a minimum of 5 pages of a recent drawing. Foundation, main floor, section, detail and schedules.
Must be available during the work week. Evenings can be arranged as part time/convenient communication.
We do about 7 homes a year. ( I am not a cookie cutter, high volume production or high end custom home builder)
Our homes are usualy in the 1800-4000 sq ft range,
We are not interested in low cost/low service draftsman.
