I am responding to your request for someone to design or draft for you in Softplan.
I have been using Softplan since 1999 and have been designing homes and additions since 1975
Additionally I have been a builder since 1979, making me more in-tune with design needs and requirements.

Currently I service a number of contractors as wells as the homeowner, but as a work-a-holic I find the need to do more
