Good morning.

This may have been answered but I'll post it again.

This is more than likely something I am not doing correctly. :)

Ever since SP-9 to and including SP- 2018 when I draw a bi-level foundation using say a 4' concrete wall, then stack a 4 ft 2x6 siding wall on top.

Then when I do a rendering the 2x6 walls pull away from each other on an outside corner?

Is there something I have been missing for the last many years?

Thanks

Yes it has always been a problem but better now in 2018 with the addition of Transition Materials Height. You should draw them as a single wall instead of two stacked walls.

Does that stop the corner problem?

In most cases, yes specially if walls joining are the same. I haven't checked it lately so don'T know if it's completely resolved but in the case of 2 different walls joining (ex. siding and brick or brick and stone), you may need sometime to adjust the Display Height to go thru those materials and use the Adjust Wall Materials function.
