What does the number after highlight entities mean? I have a slab whose perimeter is about 186'  I have manually figured out 42 bolts but the number calls for 116.  When I right click on the highlight entities there is a number to the right that is closer to what I had calculated (45).

This plan does have different building options but those are turned off so should not be calculated.

Can you post the formula (formulas if it is accumulated)?

Here it is:

It is a straight up formula since I created a symbol and placed them on a drawing.

I did this so I could add the dimension and show the placement.

I thought there might be a standard formula that SP would have that I could adjust based on code but none found.  Figured this was a simpler method.

Try making these an "each floor" item. It looks like they are being counted multiple times.

Still no luck.  Had to as support.  Not getting any anchor callouts even if using formula by SP

That material definition looks like the standard one that comes with the stock Softplan materials which was used to accumulate the anchor bolts calculated by three other material definitions, Are you sure the "Include" option for those items are set to "no"? If not Softlist will be included the calculated quantities as well as the symbols you added. The symbol count is probably the ones referred to in the subject of this thread.

It looks like I had to include the sill plate in the take off (this particular client has it as part of his wall definition).  So I ended up changing to include the plate but went into the material list definition and said to only include bolts and not plate.  An end around that I will have to fix for later jobs but will work in this case for today
