SoftPlan has crashed on me 4 times this morning while trying to run SoftList material list. Has anyone else experienced this?

I can't answer to softlist specifically since I don't use it, but I have had many many crashes lately...several per day for weeks.  I'm surprised that I haven't gotten any calls from tech asking me what the heck I'm doing!!!!

Softplan is very slow opening and saving to the cloud after closing a drawing.
