Diyanni Homes is currently seeking to add a team member to our design department. Previous experience in construction and/or design of new residential homes is desired. Must be proficient with CAD. We prefer extended experience with current versions of SoftPlan, but are willing to train the right person who has a background with a similar home design software. Must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to work individually as well as in a team environment. Must be willing to relocate to Columbus, OH area.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Working with Sales Consultants to create conceptual drawings of new or revised home designs including 3-D exterior elevations
- Coordinate with drafting outsources who prepare post contract and construction drawings
- Review, redline and correct preconstruction drawings and documents
- Assist and support Lead Designer in all aspects of design, drafting, architectural details, elevations and rendering
