Looking for a curtain & rod symbol for 3d purpose.  Any suggestions?

Could you draw a wall the full width of your shower opening and then add an arch opening. Then edit the opening and go to the "Treatment" tab and add a rod and curtain. Not sure if it would look right, but might be worth a try.

Thanks Tom, I never knew that they were there. Although there's probably lots of things I don't know we have standard symbols for.

I just recently "found" the symbol search and since using it I have found many items that I did not know were buried in the symbol library.

I use the symbol search extensively ... usually to find a symbol that I made and can't remember where I filed it ... !!!

keith,

someone got me into the habit of "ALWAYS" filing my custom 3d symbol into a folder named RANDY

along with the 2d symbols filing in a custom folder named RANDY.

real easy to make sure they get transferred over to the newest SP version

ALL my 3D symbols are in the Keith Folder, and for drawing purposes all the related 2D's  are in a folder called "3D". However, all the miscellaneous 2D symbols I've created are scattered around in what I thought were logical folders at the time. maybe it's time for a rethink.

even "shower curtain" worked.  That is weird because I did curtain and it pulled up a list.  Keep in mind Joseph that if you click somewhere the list will disappear and you need to click on the arrow next to the search to open it up again

"Curtain" pulls up a list for me too.

As Tom said, that particular one is in the BATHROOM sub-directory.

Joe, the one we are talking about IS a stock symbol as far as I'm aware. Have you downloaded the additional content?

We ARE in the 2018 Forum though. So I assume (I know I shouldn't) that Joe is using 2018.

We ARE in the 2018 Forum though.

I get that, but sometimes when people (I) read a topic they might forget....I did and that is why I mentioned it.

I have 2018 but have not fully switched, so my mind's default version is 2016.
