Archive backup and restore

I am trying to do a back up of system and I am saving it to Dropbox.  When my associate tries to restore via the same Dropbox folder they get an error that says:

 

C:\Users\Dropbox\Softplan Backup\spbackup.hdr 

File transfer cancelled

 

Has anyone ever had a similar issue or perhaps (fingers crossed) there could be an easier way to update system/computers in the future?

have you tried having your associate download and save the file locally to his computer and then trying the restore from that?
