Is there a way to make the edge of a wall look finished with siding? Right now it looks like the wall is open. There is no wall joining it, therefore the edge is exposed.

Thanks!

I'm not sure this is the "right" way...but I would use a solid plane at the end of the wall to cover the opening that is showing........

This need to be an option to tell the wall you would like a finished edge. I also have issues with porch beams where 2 may join together.
The end remains opened exposing the framing even when the beams are joined.

I agree with you Jason, there should be an option for that. I can easily add a solid to make the wall look correct. But that doesn't help with SoftList being accurate and it takes extra time to draw an additional part.

We currently wrap drywall wall ends automatically. A suggested has been made to allow the exterior finish to wrap the wall end. CO-48174.

For the purpose of the 3D view only, you can edit the wall, go into the wall definition and set the exterior finish material (siding, brick, stucco etc...) to the thickness required to cap off the end of the wall.
