I have false dormers in the roof above, and the walls are slicing my island into weird segments. I put them back together, but then after a few minutes, It was split again. (cleanup?)

How can I not have the dormer walls mess with it?!

Try placing them on a separate layer or building option and turning them off.

Uncheck the box for cleanup for your island cabinets. I have a similar problem but sometime it still affects it.

If it doesn't work, building option would work better if you don't need your dormers except for 3D or generating elevations/sections because with layers, the walls are still there even if not visible and it might still affect your cabinets. At least, that's my case.

Turned the building option off, and its good now. Thanks!

Dont know how I didn't think of that. I love building options for that reason!
