Define your wall with soldier course at the top that's as deep as the soldier and frieze combined, and then fit to roof.

 

Never mind ... that didn't work ... couldn't make the texture work properly.

Try adding a frieze to the wall and make it the size if the brick portion and 1/8" thick. It can be assigned a brick Soldier texture. 

 

In 3D draw a Profile to represent the wood frieze board and use the F11 Snap to help you locate the soffit and brick frieze intersections.

 

I didn't spend much time on this but the results are close.

I'm too particular in what I draw that I'd never have thought of that. I hate the thought of sketching on the 3D. We should be able to position everything perfectly on the plan.
