No issues for me.

Do you have a partial wall in the way?

Can you move the wall using just move (not block move)?

Is a window in the block coming to the end of a wall segment. It will stop the movement of everything in the block if that's the case.

If I want to move more than 1 window in a plan (just along the wall they are in), it will often screw up and won't allow me to move them. Not sure if it has been fixed yet. I haven't tried the block move much, but it is working on the few items I've tried. I really don't use it much. More often than not I use control select, then move what I've highlighted.

Block move seems to be working fine here.

Martin is correct.  Block move will will stop if you have a window sliding with the move and it gets to the end of the available wall.  I'm guessing this might be what Randy is running into here.
