Use the SHAPE - ANGLED END cabinet.

It depends on what version of Softplan you have. Finally in 2018, you have an option for a chamfered corner that will join with the other cabinets (ex. sey the front depth to 1/2".

Other versions, you can use a diagonal corner and set the depth to 1/2" or whatever you want. The only problem is that it won't join with the other cabinets. If you want to hide the joint lines, you'll have to set the cabinet to a layer that's turned off and draw a counter seperately.

I have attached an image showing one way to do it in 2018 using the new 'Angled Face' shape. This new cabinet shape allows you to define a left depth and a right depth. In this example I used 2 of them beside each other since your example shows 2 different angles at the end of the cabinet run.

Alternatively, you could use the 'Angled End' cabinet shape for the last one in the run as long as it is a 45 degree cabinet at that location. In all cases you will need to play with the widths and depths then move them into place as necessary to get the appearance that you want.

If the cabinet run returns to the wall at 90 degrees you can use the 'Chamfered Corner' end cabinet as the last cabinet or use one 'Angled Face' cabinet on the end. Lots of options...
